IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO! Wells Fargo tried to steal my checking account and the contents of my safe deposit box because they said I had no customer-initiated transactions in the bank within one year. I had been in the bank 3 times in the last 4 months, but they define a "customer-initiated transaction" as making a deposit or withdrawal in person, it didn't take into account that I had done those transactions in the Internet.
